Thank you very much for the review! I have a little bit of trepidation in providing details about his exploits; while they were undoubtedly brave, presenting them without greater context than is possible in a DYK might be seen as celebratory which might be perceived as gauche considering he was a child soldier. @Chetsford: I perfectly understand. So I am striking out ALT1 and giving the tick to the original ALT.
