I believe that this image is [1] whose image description page is at [2]. The problem with the "not renewed" tag is that we have no idea whether it was ever published to begin with. [3] says that Fairchild went out of business in 1965 so most likely they did not renew any copyrights they had. But this being public domain is predicated on it having been published at some point. If we can't find evidence that it is public domain, it would not qualify for fair use since [4] and [5] (possibly among other yearbooks at [6] have pictures of the stadium. It would be nice to find a PD aerial somewhere though ... B (talk) 12:32, 11 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

File:CJ Santos at the SM North EDSA Skydome.jpg (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by Kalaboomsky (notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).

This image is claimed to be released under a CC BY-SA 4.0 but there is insufficient evidence. Thepermission link as of this nomination states "Photo of CJ Santos released under a free license." but with no specifics about the license. Whpq (talk) 17:55, 11 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

    • @Kalaboomsky: Is this an official site or a fan-created/user-created site where anyone can upload files? Normally, the preferred procedure for things like this is for the COPYRIGHT HOLDER to send a statement of permission to permissions-en@wikimedia.org using the form found at WP:CONSENT. If the person sending the email is not the photographer, they need to explain how they became the copyright holder. This website looks like the same interface as flickr - is it an offshoot of flickr? Content from user-generated sites isn't usually trusted because anyone can sign up for an account. --B (talk) 13:10, 18 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
