Managing Organisational Culture and Change

I was unable to find an article that covers managing culture and change in an organisation and explains its important and how difficult it is to change culture. Any suggestions on an article that covers this topic?

If not, would it be useful to create an article that explains managing organisational culture and change and has quotes like the ones below?

The most frequently cited reason for failure was neglecting to address organisational culture (Cameron 1997) <ref>Cameron, Kim S. “Techniques for Making Organizations Effective: Some Popular Approaches.” In Daniel Druckman, Jerome E. Singer, and Harold Van Cott (eds.), Enhancing Organizational Performance. Washington, D.C.: National Academies Press, 1997</ref>

“70% of all major change efforts fail” - Dr. John Kotter, 1995 <ref>Kotter’s 8 step Organisational Change Model https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LxtF4OXzhyI</ref>

“Culture influences leadership style more than any other factor” - Harvard Business Review, 2005 <ref>http://seekerville.blogspot.com.au/2013/03/guest-blogger-roseanna-m-white-writing.html</ref>

Editors in this WikiProject may be interested in the featured quality source review RFC that has been ongoing. It would change the featured article candidate process (FAC) so that source reviews would need to occur prior to any other reviews for FAC. Your comments are appreciated. --IznoRepeat (talk) 21:39, 11 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hi! Navigant Consulting has hired me to request some updates to its article, which I've done over on the article's talk page. The article is currently tagged with a few maintenance templates—{{third-party}} and {{ad}}. I'm hoping my requests will begin to address both. If anyone here is up for taking a look and sharing feedback, I'd appreciate it tremendously. Thank you! Mary Gaulke (talk) 19:08, 7 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I added Quotaism to this project as it appears relevant but also low quality and possibly overlapping with articles such as affirmative action. If this was inappropriate please feel free to remove the project. MegaSloth (talk) 09:56, 13 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Scott Smith (American politician), an article that you or your project may be interested in, has been nominated for a community good article reassessment. If you are interested in the discussion, please participate by adding your comments to the reassessment page. If concerns are not addressed during the review period, the good article status may be removed from the article. « Gonzo fan2007 (talk) @ 18:28, 13 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Distinguishing Between Atlas Consortium.com and Atlas Consortium.info

Wikipedia characterizing "Atlas" as a unique entity fails to identify Atlas Consortium.com as the primary holder of the common identifier ".com" and erroneously allows second tier identifiers like xxx.info a certain level of primacy. This is VERY misleading to my potential Atlas Consortium customers. Please correct your copy. B Smith President47.154.58.36 (talk) 18:42, 16 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I'm Jan, and I'm an employee of Northrop Grumman. I am interested in working with the Wikipedia community to make relevant updates and improvements to the Wesley G. Bush article. My hope is that someone on this page will review my proposed changes to the article, which I've posted at Talk:Wesley G. Bush, and put them into effect. If you have any questions, feedback, or comments, please do not hesitate to reach out. Thank you! JanAtNorthropGrumman (talk) 21:44, 28 January 2019 (UTC)  Done Thank you.
