Hello, Mariogoods. Voting in the 2018 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23.59 on Sunday, 3 December. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.
The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
If you wish to participate in the 2018 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 18:42, 19 November 2018 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for January 8
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Yang Yongxin, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Weibo (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Hello. Help improve and copy edit for article Maureen Wroblewitz. Thanks you. Futhuy (talk) 02:50, 28 January 2019 (UTC)
- I'm sorry, but my English is not good enough for a copy edit. Mariogoods (talk) 02:51, 28 January 2019 (UTC)
Wikiproject order
Hi, I noticed you've been changing the order of Wikiproject banners on a lot of talk pages (I noticed one, and then saw in your contribs you've done a lot more). Is there any particular reason you're doing this? It doesn't appear to be particularly helpful. –Deacon Vorbis (carbon • videos) 15:10, 30 January 2019 (UTC)
- I change the order of Wikiproject mostly for "cleaning" the order by my standard (I'm sorry) so that it looks more logical. It also benefits further clean up such as adding and removing certain banners. If it is unnesserary, I will try to stop it. Thank you! (Please don't mind my poor English) Mariogoods (talk) 03:39, 31 January 2019 (UTC)
The Great Wall of China: Documentary
TV Movie 2007, Discovery Channel, National Geographic. The protagonist is Qi Jiguang, an historical character. Geng Zhou, one of his soldiers, and Chang Ang, the Mongol military leader, are historical or fictional? Please, can you help me to find more details abot them if they are historical and edit it in Talk:Qi Jiguang? Thank you! --79.16.239.14 (talk) 11:37, 22 February 2019 (UTC)
- I found no information about Geng Zhou and Chang Ang. Almost all the academic paper is talking about Qi's influence. But I have read History of Ming and found that there is no content mentioned Geng Zhou's existence. However, I can't decide it, too.Mariogoods (talk) 13:52, 22 February 2019 (UTC)
- If you don't know very well this documentary, you can see the full video (Part 1, Part 2) and then search also in Chinese sites or documents (as this). Their names can also be changed with other historical characters related with Qi Jiguang. Here Geng Zhou is renamed Zhou Li. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 80.180.136.246 (talk) 15:16, 22 February 2019 (UTC)
Geng Zhou
If Geng Zhou was or no an historical character, in this documentary is the second main protagonist after Qi Jiguang, then he could have an own page. Please, can you help me, because I'm too busy?
