Delete: A first-person-voice, primary-sourced article promoting the quizzes and games at a student event. The promotional Events in Infotsav'19 section could be entirely removed on WP:NOTWEBHOST and probably WP:COPYVIO grounds, but searches on google.co.in are finding occasional event mentions but not the WP:RS coverage required to demonstrate WP:GNG notability for the event as a whole.
