Closure

I have added brief mention of this on the home page. I would be most grateful if someone could tidy it up (URL etc) and maybe add a bit about why (if known)? I am guessing that the free LTspice was undermining all of the SPICE simulator suppliers, but a guess is not what we would want to publish on Wikipedia.
