No indication of notability per WP:GNG or WP:BIO. The sources provided do not discuss him significantly, and I cannot find such sources through a Google search for "Rowan Croft" (about 30 results on Google News, mainly just mentions on web sites and blogs or a brief mention in an article about someone else).
