A comment I'd like to add - it'd be one thing if the content of this article was actually accurate, but that isn't the case. It claimed Aaahh!!! Real Monsters first aired in 2015, when I know I saw an episode in January 2014 because I DVR'd it before my TV broke. Also, how come it took until November to air Rugrats, but they were airing Doug in July when they don't even own 100% of the rights to the character?
