One other thought

Perhaps you should focus on contributing to the encyclopedia and get some more context before you engage further on article deletion discussion. Thanks for your feedback, I will do as per your suggestion. I am still block, my teacher gave me a idea of contributing articles in my mother tongue, so that i can learn about Wikipedia rules correctly. Is it a good idea..I can to Wikipedia so that i can learn the English language by reading more articles, but due to this block i cannot do it now. I am new to Wikipedia page, due to my teacher suggestion, i came here to learn, past few days i was simply browsing and learning about Wikipedia editors, how it works etc.. first i checked my cities, fav film, actor pages, they are good...so i started edited from recently created page so that i can also edit, so i randomly choose few pages and given my suggestion in AFD... I am not a sock (I learned about the word sock after getting blocked only and i am not socked account). Let me know how to prove it.. just joined wikipedia in this quarantine to help myself in using time in valid work.

I did only few edits because in that time my electricity got shutdown and i could not do more edits.

Decline reason:

You seem to be asserting that you are not the same person as Stayhomestaysafe. If you are, in fact, Stayhomestaysafe, you need to appeal from that account. If you aren't, you'll have to describe:

Whether or how you know User:Stayhomestaysafe,
How you came across Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Jacinth Headlam,
Whether you, or your teacher, has any connection with Jacinth Headlam
