Sci-Fi?

Isn't this series science fiction? I didn't watch it, but judging from the plot descriptions, it looks like science fiction to me. Kumagoro-42 17:07, 6 September 2015 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Kumagoro-42 (talkcontribs)

I don't believe it's billed as science fiction, hence the lack of listing it as such. Alex|The|Whovian 17:09, 6 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Actually, CBS's press releases say "Genre: Drama, Mystery", see, e.g., [1]. –Dark Cocoa Frosting (talk) 10:45, 12 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
It's not science fiction. While there's quite some handwaving going on (as in basically any movie), it's set in the present day, including present-day science. -- 145.228.61.5 (talk) 13:31, 14 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Well, I just finished watching it. The wikipedia defination of Sci-Fi is (Science fiction is a genre of speculative fiction that typically deals with imaginative and futuristic concepts such as advanced science and technology, space exploration, time travel, parallel universes, and extraterrestrial life.) and since the season is about human induced (Factory made chemical) aminal apocalypse. I guess its right to put it in the category of Sci-fi. JoseMartin(Rubia) (talk) 12:14, 23 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
