You were recently listed as a party to a request for arbitration. The Arbitration Committee has accepted that request for arbitration and an arbitration case has been opened at Wikipedia:Arbitration/Requests/Case/Medicine. Evidence that you wish the arbitrators to consider should be added to the evidence subpage, at Wikipedia:Arbitration/Requests/Case/Medicine/Evidence. Please add your evidence by April 21, 2020, which is when the evidence phase closes. You can also contribute to the case workshop subpage, Wikipedia:Arbitration/Requests/Case/Medicine/Workshop. Your draft article, Draft:List of drug prices

Hello, QuackGuru. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "List of drug prices".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thank you for your submission to Wikipedia! JMHamo (talk) 10:43, 26 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

An arbitration case Wikipedia:Arbitration/Requests/Case/Medicine has now closed and the final decision is viewable at the link above. The following remedies have been enacted:

  • Standard discretionary sanctions are authorized for all discussions about pharmaceutical drug prices and pricing and for edits adding, changing, or removing pharmaceutical drug prices or pricing from articles. Any uninvolved administrator may apply sanctions as an arbitration enforcement action to users editing in this topic area, after an initial warning.
  • CFCF is reminded to avoid casting aspersions and similar conduct in the future.
  • Doc James is prohibited from making any edits relating to pharmaceutical drug prices or pricing in the article namespace.
  • QuackGuru is indefinitely topic-banned from articles relating to medicine, broadly construed.

Discuss this at: Wikipedia talk:Arbitration Committee/Noticeboard#Wikipedia:Arbitration/Requests/Case/Medicine closed

The evidence[1] does not match the remedy.[2] User:Bluerasberry pointed out there is an evidence-remedy mismatch. See Wikipedia_talk:Arbitration/Requests/Case/Medicine/Proposed_decision#Comments_by_bluerasberry. No editor or admin responded to the concerns. Dreamy Jazz, were you aware of the evidence-remedy mismatch concerns? QuackGuru (talk) 17:57, 3 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Suggestion

In dealing with your deletion request on User talk:QuackGuru/Ziki 10 a couple of times today I see that you took the content from User:QuackGuru/Ziki 10 and recreated it at User:QuackGuru/Ziki in the few minutes between the final remedies being enacted on Wikipedia:Arbitration/Requests/Case/Medicine and Dreamy Jazz posting the notification on your talk page a few minutes later.

I'd urge you strongly to request deletion of your subpages which could be construed as breaching your TBAN or containing material which would be in breach. Relying on html comment marks as your defence isn't likely to be taken as good faith. Cabayi (talk) 16:44, 3 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
