If Ben is in his alien form and dies, then... you know that's a hard question, but i guess then both Ben and the Alien would die together completely and the Onmitrix would be useless to the owner and it would detach, but mostly Ben and the Alien would die. Not really, What I meant is that, say, Heatblast gets blasted w/ a fire extinguisher and gets put out. Is Ben immobilized until the watch goes back or will he revert back immedatley? Remember to note here that the Omnitrix transforms Ben's body into the alien's body by rewriting its genetic structure, so its still Ben's body. They die, he dies. DizzyTech 04:17, 9 October 2006 (UTC)

Found a problem...

In short, Wild Vine isn't an official name. It's just a random name coined by a anon that caught on. Despite my best efforts, it's gotten to the point where people just won't believe it's made up anymore. XLR8

Is there any info on the face shield XLR8 uses. It always slides down before he moves at a high rate of speed. Possibly to allow him to see objects without the blur or something? This also brings up some good questions on items the omnitrix creates for the alien forms, we know it creates or reorders Ben's clothing, and also, are those wheels on XLR8's feet?

The alians don't always have bens clothithing, as Dimondhead has a half white, half black full sute, while Ben's is white with a black stripe shirt. None of the alians have Ben's pants, the plant guy, Cannon Bolt, and Heatblast have no cloths, and in "Back with a vengance", when Ben turned into Gray Matter, his yellow shirt was still the same size, so he couldn't wear it, and the same happened for Stinkfly in the same episoide. Greymatter is pointless.

Why is it that in the visual refrence that Vilgax makes in the episode "Secrets" there are no Graymaters? Because Graymatter is ment to repair machinery from the inside and there is no machinery to be repaired due to the fact that Vilgax's army is only using the strength of the Omnitrix. If the Omnitrix really is a prototype as some people have said and it is ment to be mass-produced, why didn't it's creators forsee tha fact that Graymatter would be under-used? i think it does kinda act on its own every once in a while. Unless Ben gets careless when activating the watch (slightly turning it when slamming his hand down), i think the watch chooses the best alien suited to complete their goal. Take the alien from the episode "Camp Fear" when Ben had to break free of the vines grasp or Cannon Bolt from the episode when Kevin and Ben were abducted by the alien guy and forced to fight other aliens to the death. I believe it does think on it's own, it has various forms of DNA encoded into it, and it's been theorized that if it were possibles computers could use DNA to store information. and we already know that Ghostfreak's personality was stored in it genetically, maybe theres DNA specifically created to be the brain of the omnitrix.

Ben could accidentally twist his wrist right before it hits the bottom of the watch to transform. He dose it so quick, he could possibly not even notice.

Mutated Kevin

In his mutated form I've seen Kevin run fast,(XLR8)be super-strong,(Fourarms)spit goop,(Stinkfly)throw dimond needles,(Dimondhead)throw fireballs,(Heatblast) and give a vicious bite(Ripjaws). But is he super-smart (Graymatter)? If you simply look at his body structure, you'll see evidence of the others. Stinkfly's wings, Wildmutt's arms as his lower pair, Upgrade's shoulders, Ghostfreak's eye track lines and his right eye is difinitively Grey Matter, as are the small ridges on his cheeks.::::

New Alien Possibilities

If the watch was built to contain 10 alien's DNA why does it have Canon Bolt and Wild Vine? The obvious reason I just realized is it can absorb DNA. It got Canon Bolt's DNA after the Tick thing had come to Earth from that alien's planet. Wild Vine's DNA is that of a vegetation-like creature, which is what the giant fungus monster was, which he was in contact with. What do you think of my theory. upchuck and benwolf are the new aliens coming soon. benwolf picture is not avaliable yet as it will arrive in season 3(name apparently hasn't been confirmed). upchuck however is suppose to arrive in the last episodes of season 2. he is a green and there's a picture of him on http://www.atamaii.com/ben-27213.html as a toy

I'm fairly confident that the writers intended for there to only be ten forms at first, then came up with new ideas and so decided to allow Ben to "unlock" new forms. To do this, the writers took advantage of the mysterious alien nature of the Omnitrix, such that ten forms were originally revealed and the rest would result from accidents and experiments.

On a personal note, I think it would have been better for Ben to start with one form and gradually unlock the rest, rather than instantly figuring out all of the original aliens' abilities by the end of the first episode. 'Course, I'd also have preferred a continuous storyline over the current episodic format, but that's just me. You Can't See Me! 07:17, 22 September 2006 (UTC)

I think Ben will still use him. The "real" Ghostfreak died, but it was only a genetic strand of DNA. It still needed to become "whole", so it tried to posess Ben and gain WORLD DOMINATION!!!!

NOTE: The Ghostfreak seen in this episode is an external rendering of Ghostfreak, as, remember, the Omnitrix transforms Ben into the alien's body. GF's being sentinally lives within DNA.

Juding by the fact that Ghostfreak hasn't appeared since the episode and Ben didn't transform into him when he unlocked the Omnitrix's master code - but every other alien - I think its safe to say Ghostfreak's death has essentially erased his DNA from the Omnitrix now. --4.154.39.151 01:05, 12 October 2006 (UTC)

Well, in the episode "Ghostfreaked Out", Ghostfreak ripped off his flesh and revealed his true form. So no he wouldn't.

i am not sure how this explains why ben wouldnt be skinless, but ben possibly wouldnt be skinless because the skin would be like ben's clothes, perhaps after ripping off the skin, the next time he changed into ghostfreak the skin would still be off felinoel 03:39, 3 August 2006 (UTC)

New sections?

I was wondering, would it be worth the trouble making sections for the "combined" aliens? I mean, we only saw three combinations so far, but the show has obviously hinted that Ben may get more fusions in the future.

I don't think it was that obvious... It was more like Ben just wishing he could do it properly. I think the fusions were a one-time thing, and don't need separate sections. --DarkfireTaimatsu

Was Dimondhead's Weakness shown/ HIdden Powers

I can not remember him ever being shattered, even then he is still invinsable. Another New Alien

In a recent commercial for Season 3, they briefly (it was on screen for a second or 2 max) was shown. It looked like a giant eyeball and seemed to shoot a lazer.

It is most likley a misprint, but on the other hand it does make sence that Megawatt is an alien. also someone wrote that the omnitrix sampled Canonballs DNA after the tick came to Earth when, in fact, he is Canonball before that point. further proof that there are more aliens!HHS.student

Back in the episode where megawhatt appears, when ben touched the rubber band ball with the omnitrix hand some red sparks appeared. In addition to setting megawhatt free, the omnitrix could have sampled megawhatts DNA so it is really possible Ben does get a megawhatt.

Back to the first comment, i recently saw the commercial again on youtube, the ball guy could be a new alien, because he was fighting this guy ben was seen fighting in earlier glimpses in the commercial and the goo guy appeared only after the green flash that is made when ben goes hero occured

Alien hair

When gwen went Greymatter and Fourarms in Gwen 10 she had her usual red hair. But when Ben goes either theres only what appears to be a dark stripe on their heads. This could be something that is in the males of their species or added by the omnitrix but Ben has hair so why doesn't it show up in his aliens? Darwin 20:52, 17 October 2006 (UTC)

It's likely that the Omnitrix blends part of the user's DNA with the stored aliens', which partially explains the outfit changes for each alien as well. (Purely speculation, of course, but it seems a reasonable explanation.) --DarkfireTaimatsu

New Alien Profiles

Could someone make some profiles for the new aliens in season 3? I would, but I don't know how.

• If you're talking about Benwolf and Upchuck, since Ben hasn't yet discovered them, the only thing we know about them is their names. If you're talking about Spitter, the Megawhatt, and Arcticguana, we don't know much about them. The Megawhatt is the one we know the most about (due to them featuring in "Tourist Trap"), and even then, the Omnitrix version might have other powers.

Cannon Bolt Race

The show called Cannon Bolt an Arburian Pelarota, but this says differently. They're both canon so, which is correct?

Spitter Spitter and Upchuck are two different characters. I know this because one of those rock changing toys is Upchuck and Benwolf.[peppy kid]

Anur Phaetos

Might the second part of Ghostfreak's home planet be related to Phaeton in any way? (My spellchecker sure thought so.) The fictional planet in the list is especially intriguing... Megawhatt's weakness/powers

As seen in episode 06 "Tourist Trap" Megawhatt can also send powerful sonic/sound waves. In the other hand it also should be added that he is powerless inside non-condutive objects, and that he needs to recharge on electrical equipment to get his powers, the more he recharges, the more powerful he gets. --AlmaMater

Number of aliens

Ben 10k had 10k aliens, and Gwendylon said that Ben 10k mastered the Omnitrix so wouldn't that mean the Omnitrix has 10k aliens?

I agree, she said that Ben 10,000 has mastered all the secrets of the Omnitrix, both unlocking all alien heroes (a total of 10,000) and discovering the master code, which allows him to change and stay alien at any time, for any time he wants to. The big question is that if he has indeed unlocked all aliens, shouldn't Ghostfreak be part of that arsenal? I think that is a bit obvious, otherwise there would only be 9,999 aliens. -- AlmaMater

Since Ben 10,000 came out, there as been in this page too much speculation that do not serve wekipedia interests: First: Why someone called Megawhatt, Omniwhatt? If you are gonna change it and it's true, give us evidence. Second: Why did someone said that Ben 10,000 can't use Ghostfreak, that is pure speculation, we must make this page what we see from the episodes, and not a product of our imagination. Ghost Freak might still be in the Omnitrix

In Midnight Madness Subininmo say "who are you, wheres that walking shadow guy" to the hypnotized upgrade. This might mean that Ben can still become GhostFreak but choces not to any more so he can't escape again, so thats why they repACed GostFreak with Cannonbolt in the opening sequence- Red SPider MAn, DEc.3 at 7:25

Omnitrx creature design

I just noiticed that cannon bolt has the same color diesign as ben's shirt. Also maybe when you first use the omnitrix the cloths your wearing goes to all the aliens, so that explains why in back with vengence his shirt didn;t go alien.- REd Spider Man dec 3 7:46
