Muhammad Tanko[1] (born in 1969) is a Nigerian professor, academic, and the current vice chancellor of Kaduna State University (KASU).[2][3]

Early Life And Education

Muhammad is was born in 1969 in the Kawo area of Kaduna state. He was educated at Bayero University Kano where graduated with bachelor of science in accounting in 1991, Master degree in accounting and PhD from Ahmadu Bello Univesity, Zaria.[4][5]

Later Life And Career

Muhammad was former deputy vice chancellor of Kaduna State University, later on January, 2017, the governor of Kaduna state Nasir El Rufai appointed him as the vice chancellor of Kaduna State University.[6][7]
