Following BLPN discussion, this article should be deleted as a violation of WP:BLPCRIME. The subject has not yet been convicted of any such crime[1], article admits as much, instead only charged at the moment. The article cannot be salvaged currently, so I don't think anything less than deletion will resolve the issue. I've no issue with recreation if the subject ends up convicted.
