The file is the cover of DSM-5, published in the United States, which consists of words "Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders", "Fifth Edition" and "American Psychiatric Association", along with simple figures (some sort of ceiling function and a line). Uploader is apparently claiming to be the subject of the photo, and also claiming to be the copyright holder. The EXIF shows the photographer/copyright holder to be John Clark. WP:OTRS confirmation of license would be needed. Whpq (talk) 02:35, 5 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

For further note, seems that the same editor has uploaded photos that were eventually deleted on Commons (DR page). The Commons copy of this photo was also deleted for lacking proof of permission. George Ho (talk) 21:10, 12 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Delete - Although the uploader is the photographer, the photo depicts a copyrighted advertisement. The entire focus and point of the photo is to show the advertisement so de minis does not apply. It's usage in a photo gallery also means that as currently used, conversion to fair use would not meet non-free content criteria. -- Whpq (talk) 15:53, 5 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
