Living Democracy is a term used by Frances Moore Lappe[1] to refer to democracy not as set of rules but rather as a way of everyday life that is characterized by the dispursion of power, transparency and a sense of mutual accountability. Ms Lappe describes this way of life in more detail in her book EcoMind: Changing the Way We Think to Create the World We Want.
