Mr. Lady Records was a San Francisco based lesbian-feminist independent record label founded in the mid 1990s in Durham, North Carolina by Kaia Wilson and Tammy Rae Carland. The label went defunct in 2003.

The name came from Wilson's first solo LP, Ladyman, created after leaving her previous band, Team Dresch.

Mr. Lady Records released recordings by queercore groups such as The Butchies (of whom Kaia Wilson is the lead singer), Le Tigre (who released their first two records with Mr. Lady), Tami Hart, spoken-word collective Sister Spit, and many others.
