Ve'ondre Mitchell (born April 13, 2004)[1] is an American influencer who currently has 6.7 million followers on Tiktok. She is best known for creating "It Girl (Fan Remix)"[2] with Aliyah's Interlude and appearing in the music video for "Days of Girlhood"[3] by Dylan Mulvaney.

Early Life

Ve'ondre Mitchell is a trans-woman and publically came out when she was 7 years old. In 2018, she appeared in the documentary "The Most Dangerous Year" which focuses on transgender issues.[4] In the same year, she began posting on various social media platforms and eventually gained notoriety for her discussions on LGBT issues.[5]

Career

In 2021, Ve'ondre Mitchell was announced to be a Youth Ambassador for the Human Rights Campaign. [6] In the same year, Mitchell was on GLAAD's second annual 20 under 20 list[7] and nominated for the "Tiktok Queer Advocate of the Year" award at the 32nd annual GLAAD Media Awards.[8] On March 3rd, 2023, Mitchell appeared in the music video for Chrissy Chlapecka's "I'm So Hot."[9] On January 30th, 2024, "It Girl (Fan Remix)" by Aliyah's Interlude and Ve'ondre Mitchell officially released, and they both previously appeared in a visualizer for the song on January 1st.[10] On February 18th, 2024, Mitchell attended the 49th Annual People's Choice Awards in Santa Monica, California.[11] On March 13th, 2024, Mitchell appeared in the music video for Dylan Mulvaney's debut single "Days of Girlhood."[12] Despite negative reception,[13] the song temporarily ranked as the #1 song on the Genius lyrics chart.[14]
