Plot

Season 1

This series revolves around four female police officers who work at a Mahila police station which consists of SHO Haseena Mallik, SI Karishma Singh, Head Constable Pushpa Singh, Constable Santosh Sharma, and Constable Cheetah Chaturvedi. They are helped by a prisoner-turned-spy Billu Champat. Karishma Singh is short-tempered while Haseena Mallik is emotional in solving cases which sometimes creates a rift between them. Despite their differences, they truly love and respect each other. Karishma soon becomes a protective friend to Haseena, always defending the latter and shielding her from all harm possible. They manage to solve many cases together but when their ideological differences get out of their control, both decide to get a transfer from the Thana.

DSP Anubhav Singh, a Negotiation Specialist in IB and also the elder cousin of Karishma, arrives to solve their differences. He becomes successful in making them understand the importance of teamwork. Later, Haseena falls in love with Anubhav. They get into a relationship after Haseena proposes to Anubhav. But later she comes to know that Anubhav pretend to love her only to work on a dangerous mission for national security.

They, along with other MPT members, become successful in the mission. Anubhav realises that he was wrong to have used Haseena for the mission and also realises that he was actually in love with her since the beginning. So he apologises to her and proposes marriage. But Haseena rejects it fearing another heartbreak and losing him again. Anubhav is still hopeful that one day she will accept him.

The Thana continues solving various cases including many undercover missions. They join hands to eradicate various crimes in society using their wit, zeal, and dedication towards their profession and their love for their country. The police station, with its wise police officers, strives to work and restore the faith and hopes of the people believing in it.

Season 2

Karishma Singh is transferred to Jankipuram Police Thana because Bulbul Pandey is unwell. There she faces many difficulties at first as all of her colleagues are men and have no ethics and manners. Later on, she manages to instill discipline in them. A few weeks later, recovering from illness, Bulbul Pandey returns and is transferred to Mahila police Thana temporarily. There he tries to create a rift between Haseena and Karishma so that he can take his revenge previously due, by leaking a trimmed audio clip of Haseena which creates poor publicity of Karishma.

Later Karishma learns the truth behind the clip, and misunderstandings get cleared. For her heroics in saving DSP and the MPT team in one of the cases, she is offered to be the permanent SHO of Jankipuram Thana but Karishma chooses to return to Mahila police Thana instead.

A few weeks later, Pushpa and Santosh decide to unite Anubhav and Haseena again. They spread fake news of Anubhav's permanent transfer from Lucknow to Delhi. After learning this, Haseena goes to the airport to give him a farewell but she fails to hide her emotions and confesses her love for him. Then, Anubhav proposes to her for marriage and eventually, Haseena says yes. But during their engagement preparations, Anubhav starts behaving strangely. Later, he, being an undercover agent, is assigned a mission for national security from which he might not return alive. He is ordered to call off his engagement as his romantic relationship with anyone may jeopardise the mission. He decides to leave Haseena as being with him can be a threat to her life as well. He tells Karishma to create hatred for him in Haseena's heart so that she forgets him and moves on in her life. At Anubhav's behest, Karishma tells Haseena that Anubhav left her as he was not ready to take responsibilities of marital life. After knowing this, Haseena feels heartbroken but she decides to continue her job trusting her love and believing that Anubhav left her in some of his helplessness. However, she remains unaware of the truth.

The members of Mahila Police Thana help Haseena feel better and solve many more interesting cases. During one of the cases, Karishma overcomes her hasty temper and learns to use her anger as her strength instead of weakness under the care and counselling of Haseena.

Later, Haseena is on a secret mission but is unable to succeed in it. Dejected, she returns to MPT and finds Karishma resigning from her post as she is finding it difficult to make a balance between her work life and marital life. Haseena tries her best to stop her from resigning since she has grown attached to Karishma with time and doesn't want her to leave. Despite all, SI Barbie Upadhyay replaces Karishma Singh. It turns out that Barbie is trying to harm Haseena by spiking her coffee regularly. As a result of Barbie's drugs and her inner fear of losing Karishma, Haseena starts hallucinating wildly. Later, Haseena and Karishma join hands for one last case and along with all other MPT members, and complete it (they also expose Barbie). At Karishma's farewell party Haseena and Karishma share an emotional moment where both confess how much their friendship means to them despite all differences and that they deeply respect and love each other.

On Karishma Singh's first day at her new office, Santosh Sharma gets into an accident while trying to catch the hair cutter culprit and slips into a coma. Haseena finds out that it wasn't just an accident but a planned attempt at murder. For Santosh, and after getting to know from Haseena herself that her resignation was never sent to higher authorities, Karishma rejoins her police duty and resigns from her 9-5 corporate job. With their teamwork, Mahila Police Thana manages to catch the culprit and wake Santosh up from the coma. With everything back to normal, more cases continue to come. A new case comes up when the Thana gets a humanoid, ASI Mira, for a trial of 90 days to test whether it is successful and in order to teach daily things such as emotions to her. However, Karishma Singh feels the robot is trying to take their place so Haseena has a new problem. Haseena gives the responsibility of Robot Mira to SI Karishma Singh. Meanwhile Haseena Malik is transferred to another thana for few days and she can't even contact her Thana members due to network problems. Karishma Singh and Meera solve upcoming cases together. Karishma uses Haseena's philosophy and handles the cases her way and later Haseena too returns.

On her way to the police station, Haseena collides with a man who has to deliver something very important who is later revealed to be a secret agent named Vikrant (Satya), a close friend to Anubhav Singh, who is trying to guard a hard disk which contains details about secret agents in which Anubhav's name is also there. The leader of the perpetrators who killed the agent after failing to get the disk from him hacks Mira to get it and orders her to kill Haseena while Anubhav contacts and tells Haseena about the danger on her life due to the disk. Anubhav asks her to move to a safe place as soon as possible. On the other hand, the MPT members were busy organizing a surprise party for Haseena as it was her birthday the next day. But the perpetrators with the help of hacked Mira shot Haseena and pushed her car down a deep gorge. Karishma tried rescuing her but failed. Karishma felt she lost her. She returned broken and informed the station members and everyone including Mira get extremely sad upon the loss. Mira realizes that she shot Haseena and tells all and they realise that Mira has all the emotions which Haseena wanted to add but have to dismantle her to prevent her from getting hacked. Everyone including Karishma salute her and feel her loss. A month later, Pushpa Ji and Karishma come across Urmila, Haseena's lookalike and a Maharashtrian vada-pav seller when they go to Mumbai.
