Starmalls is a subsidiary of Vista Land & Lifescapes engaged in the operation of shopping malls and office buildings in the Philippines. It is a property holder and operator competing with SM Supermalls, Robinsons Malls, Ayala Malls and Megaworld Lifestyle Malls.

History

Starmalls originally incorporated as Polar Mines and Development Corporation on October 16, 1969 engaged in the mineral exploration industry. Polar Mines changed its name to Polar Property Holdings Corp., as approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission (Philippine SEC) in September 2004, and shifted focus into investment, real estate and leasing operations. Polar Property became Starmalls in June 22, 2012.[1]

PRIMA series

Starmall Prima Taguig

Starmalls' PRIMA Series attempted to enter the premium mall category. It was one of the first providing the Philippines full line home center, shopping, leisure and dining options. The initial mall in this series was built in Taguig. More are planned for Cavite and Laguna.

Prima Series was renamed Vista Malls by Starmalls in 2015.
