Article name, purpose[edit]

I moved this page because the title was awkward in English. English does not use the term South Burgundy; if anything we would say/write southern Burgundy to indicate that area. Please be careful about creating and editing articles in languages in which you are not fluent. Also, I'm not sure we need individual articles on tourism by French department.
