Wouldn't a recipe be appropriate? It's hard for me to tell whether I want to try this or not!--BillFlis 15:28, 12 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The dish is illegal, you shouldn't want to! Anecdotally, the reason why you're encouraged to swallow the bird whole is because they're served with entrails and all. It's not cost effective to gut the birds as it's tricky! dvc214 11:51, 20 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Well, I wasn't going to serve it in a restaurant, I was thinking of asking my wife to prepare it. So it's not going to cost me anything, but leaving in the entrails sounds just like her style of cooking.--BillFlis 18:25, 20 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

This page does seem kind of biased against ambelopoulia. 24.137.126.62 16:00, 4 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Maybe on account of the dish being illegal?! If you can contribute to enhance the article I'm sure it'll be welcome as long as it's factual and informative. dvc214 15:07, 5 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
