I created a map just of the LAL and added it. It does not include the WNYP and B&H. Boblenon (talk) 17:32, 24 January 2008 (UTC)
Changed the term used from "stick rail" to "jointed rail." The hot link was already tied to the more recognized and accepted "jointed" term in other "wiki" articles. The term "stick rail" does appear in railroad forums and does see some use with track gangs and steel workers when talking about the rail as a component prior to tracklaying, however once laid it becomes part of the structure universally known (at least in North America) as jointed rail. When the industry talks of upgrading or replacing already installed trackwork, it is almost always referred to as "jointed rail." Otherwise, a very good article. This is exactly the kind of articles that Wiki should be focusing on. 1.229.130.160 (talk) 05:50, 2 December 2013 (UTC)
Assessment as C-Class
This is a nice article. It is assessed as C-class because, though it has some citations, not all of the material is cited (B1=no). Otherwise, it would be B-class. Djmaschek (talk) 01:36, 25 July 2014 (UTC)
