I would like to see a source given for Andrei Razumovsky's "participation in the murder of Gustav III of Sweden and Paul I of Russia". Mstarli (talk) 01:16, 3 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Where it is stated that Camillo Razumovsky "caused a commotion by flaunting the social conventions of 19 C Vienna" this should be changed to "flouting the social conventions of 19 C Vienna". To flaunt something means to display it ostentatiously whilst to flout something means to show contempt for it or disregard it.I believe the latter is the meaning the writer intends to convey. This is a Ukrainian noble family of Rozymovsky/Rozym

This is a Ukrainian noble family of Rozymovsky/Rozym, and it doesn't even list the category of Ukrainian nobility, only Russian. How encyclopedic is that?
This Ukrainian noble family has only two spellings in English. One Rozym (Ukrainian Розум), which was the initial spelling of the family forefather cossack. And then during Polish rulling over Ukraine, the last name got changed into sounding more like a Polish surname, so it became Rozymovsky. That's it, all other spelling (including Russified spelling Razumovsky, are incorrect spelling, since the don't carry the Ukrainian origin of this noble family. --BezosibnyjUA (talk) 16:20, 19 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Agreed. Most of English-language wikipedia has everything related to Ukraine spelled after Russian manner, and not Ukrainian, since from the beginning of Wikipeida history Russian-patriots tried to make everything Ukrainian look Russian.

As for proof why Rozumovsky is the correct spelling, you don't need to go far, just look at encyclopedia Britannica: Britannica:Kyrylo Rozumovsky --24.97.210.50 (talk) 17:06, 19 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
