Map needs better caption.

The map here is beautiful and detailed. And yet I cannot locate Tohajiilee on it. Is the entire thing Tohajiilee? Or is this the Navajo nation? What do the colors mean? The caption speaks of the "non-contiguous eastern exclave" of the Navajo nation. So is that the whole map? Or is it one of the three eastern exclaves shown on the map?
