Monisha Shah (मोनीषा शाह)

I think You should be aware of some things about this page. Monisha Shah has been deleted twice here on English Wikipedia. After the first deletion, User:Djm-leighpark (who created the Monisha Shah page on Hindi Wikipedia) asked for a deletion review. Djm-leighpark made a new draft and it was approved on March 11. It was nominated for deletion on March 28.

Djm-leighpark took the page here and translated it to Hindi word for word probably using Google translate. He did not provide a link to the page here. He did not include all of the source that were used here. He did not find any new Hindi sources. Please see Wikipedia:Biographies_of_living_persons/Noticeboard#Monisha_Shah_page_on_Hindi_Wikipedia. He is not answering my questions, but I suspect that he is not able to access the text of at least one of the four sources that he used as a reference. Djm-leighpark has posted a message which seems designed to get more people involved in the deletion discussion at Hindi Wikipedia. I do not understand Djm-leighpark's focus on Monisha Shah, but it is clear that something unusual is going on. Polycarpa aurata (talk) 03:19, 15 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@Polycarpa aurata This article was made on Hindi Wikipedia by translating them from English, it will be removed as soon as the discussion is over, the policy of Hindi Wikipedia is very different from English Wikipedia, anyway, this article did not live up to the policies of notability, so I will refer it to Wikipedia Nominated for early removal/discussion, there is no proof of this article being notable in many of the links given by it.Aviram7 (talk) 04:04, 15 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Hi Aviram7, welcome to English Wikipedia, and it is very likely your English is far better than any of the (non-English) languages I have used, or tried to use, with people form the Indian subcontinent during my working life, and I am very guilty myself. However I do have problems with your response above. The first point is I would expect the action taken at the end of the 7-day period to be that reached by consensus at the end of the discussion, and the opening of a discussion does not automatically mean deletion as you have implied here. I also read that, possibly incorrectly, that by !Nominated for early removal" you about to initiate an an early close, which would be the equivalent of an WP:CSD there. I am totally in agreement that article is unfit for mainspace as is and I had a plan to achieve fitness, what is here called a WP:HEY, on a three stage process. The Cost/risk/benefit of prioritising that goal with a early removal shotgun is not good in my current situation at this time with my commmitments; the early removal on Hind wikipedia allows for a drafticiation option for further development anyway: and to a degree it was my incompetence on a tool which lead to a mainspace rather than draft creation. I had come to the deletion discussion of Monisha Shah had not been rightfully notified to the India Wikiipedia project for which I took a somewhat risky unblock request from admin BusterD for to ensure was in place which enabled that discussion to a more widespread audience to help that discussion have any avoidance of claims on systemic bias again Indian subcontinent individuals, due to the minimal notification before close that was not really achieved. In all events I may be looking her brother Samir Shah to be translated to the Hindi Wikipedia, that also being the country of his birth, and he is likely to be more respected for a number of reasons. (I apologise as I am in a rush, distracted, much planned for tomorrow, so my mistyping and English prose is likely to be very poor especially to a possible non native speaker). Thankyou. monetization of helpme ?

On your user homepage you have written " if you want help For you can use {{{helpme}} template on member talks, because I started monetizing {{Helpme}} template, so that other members can edit or solve any other problem". Especially as you claim association with WMF & WMI (and that is entirely honourable and I have not reason whatsoever to doubt that) can you please explain clearly what you mean by "monetizing {{Helpme}}", It has been troubling all day, and perhaps it is just the way it is written makes something totally reasonable appear somewhat unreasonable. But I'm not sure monetizing help sits well with me ( I am a somewhat cynical guy and when a salesperson says how can I help you I take that as please tell me how I can sell you something and maximize my personal wealth). I am rambling worse than a heifer looking for a bull. Thankyou. ~#~~
