Please leave new sections at the bottom of the page, not the top. Pressing "New section" will do the right thing. Thank you.

hello

@Joe Decker:: As I have contacted you earlier and have edited the article but can not move it myself, can you now move this draft to article mainspace, as I have edited it to meet the Wikipedia article status. Please look in to it. Thanks. Nauriya, Let's talk - 20:44, August 6, 2018 (UTC).

Creation of "King Saha"

Hello User:Joe Decker, I have noticed that you previously deleted the page "King Saha" but I don't know the reason why.I noticed it now as I tried to create the page.King Saha is a Ugandan musician and I think he is notable enough. Warm regards I'm Agaba Perez (talk) 21:27, 16 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Agaba,
I did delete the article in 2014, more or less simply taking the consensus of the community at that time in the discussion at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/King Saha. That's been five years, and it's entirely possible that new sourcing has become available in that time, so, no objections to the recreation, if other editors feel that the musician doesn't meet our notability guidelines, they can start a new discussion on the matter. --joe deckertalk 20:32, 23 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@Agaba Perez: Between you and I, however, the sourcing right now would be unlikely to be considered sufficient to show that the subject meets Wikipedia's notability guidelines. Our notability guidelines are a bit complex, I've attempted to summarize them in a manner closer to plain English at User:Joe Decker/IsThisNotable. I hope you will find them helpful. --joe deckertalk 06:12, 25 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Administrator account security (Correction to Arbcom 2019 special circular)

ArbCom would like to apologise and correct our previous mass message in light of the response from the community.

Since November 2018, six administrator accounts have been compromised and temporarily desysopped. In an effort to help improve account security, our intention was to remind administrators of existing policies on account security — that they are required to "have strong passwords and follow appropriate personal security practices." We have updated our procedures to ensure that we enforce these policies more strictly in the future. The policies themselves have not changed. In particular, two-factor authentication remains an optional means of adding extra security to your account. The choice not to enable 2FA will not be considered when deciding to restore sysop privileges to administrator accounts that were compromised.

We are sorry for the wording of our previous message, which did not accurately convey this, and deeply regret the tone in which it was delivered.

For the Arbitration Committee, -Cameron11598 21:03, 4 May 2019 (UTC) Template:Z83[reply]
