:Dear [[User:Darkness Shines|Darkness Shines]], The annual report is not copyrighted as the information is released to the public domain by the Islamic Development Bank for the viewing of the general public. The [[WP:PD]] states that the public domain material is material “that were released into the public domain by the copyright holder”. On that basis, I believe that information can be included on the Wikipedia article. As a newcomer, I’d say the following are relevant: [[Wikipedia:Please do not bite the newcomers]] and [[WP:AGF]]. It will help to have a constructive discussion instead of the deletion, as information needs to be added to the Islamic Development Bank wikipage. |
