The result was delete. The subject of this article is relatively low-profile and has apparently requested deletion of the article on grounds that its existence is catalyzing real-life harassment. On those grounds I think the right thing to do is evident: I'm going to close this discussion early and delete the article. In making this decision, I considered the following:

Given the relatively low profile of the subject, Wikipedia loses very little in terms of encyclopedic coverage and comprehensiveness if the article is deleted.
I find the concern about real-life harassment entirely credible. But even if one chooses to be skeptical, if there's even a 10% chance that a low-profile private citizen is being harassed because of the existence of a Wikipedia biography, then the right thing to do is to delete it.

The policy basis for the deletion is here: "Discussions concerning biographical articles of relatively unknown, non-public figures, where the subject has requested deletion and there is no rough consensus, may be closed as delete." But the real policy basis is "ignore all rules". We have a real-world responsibility to ensure that what we do here doesn't cause avoidable harm. We don't lose anything substantial as an encyclopedia if we omit this biography. I understand the argument that "there are reliable sources, so the subject is notable, so we need an article". I just don't agree that those are the only considerations here, and I feel a responsibility to act. The value of a Wikipedia biography of this subject seems utterly insignificant compared to the very real possibility that our article is precipitating or enabling real-life harassment or harm here.

Jessica Yee

It is the wish of person who is the subject of this biography to have it removed completely as it has been used as a site of escalation of threats and harassment. Additionally, personal information has been posted without Jessica's consent resulting in said harassment. Please consider the safety of Native women whose information goes public without their consent and the very real impact that has on their lives.

Comment Mrs. Yee contacted OTRS (ticket:2013061210000389) to request deletion of her bio using essentially the same rationale given above by User:Juliabelle. WP:NOTCENSORED. If there is reliably (third-party) sourced information that Ms. Yee wishes to present to counter any information in the article, fine. – Creator just blanked page with edit summary This is my third appeal to remove this page. I started it, but Jessica asked me to remove it in distress. Now she has contacted me again saying that the article has false information in it which is eliciting hate male and even violent threats.

DELETE right the hell now. The actual subject of the article has contacted us and asked for deletion. I don't give a crap if there's any rules saying otherwise, IAR applies if there are.
