This page is a forum in which users can request, and global renamers (including stewards) can consider and carry out, requests to rename accounts to usernames that are not yet taken on any Wikimedia project. While global renamers carry out renames, other users (including bots) help by "clerking" the mechanics of this process. If you wish to help as a clerk, please read the linked page carefully. You must be aware of, and understand, all of that information before requesting a username change Check to make sure this username is not already in use. Do this by searching for the name here. If the name appears in the results, even if on another Wikimedia project, it is taken. Do not create an account under the new name or move/redirect your userpages. We'll do that for you. Log in with your present username in order to place your request. Renames will not be approved if the requester is not logged in. Click here to place your request. Add your desired username after NEW= Add a reason for the change after REASON= Do not change anything after CURRENT= Make sure that you have spelt your desired name correctly, including capitalization and spacing. Save the page. If your request is submitted malformed, please remedy it according to this page. Check back on this page periodically to answer any questions that may arise regarding your request. Hi, K6ka, according to Wikipedia Marvel Universe is The Marvel Universe is the fictional shared universe. I think username like Marvel Entertainment or Marvel comics or Marvel Entertainment Group would be promotional. That might fall under usernames that imply shared use (even though it's fictional, it might still draw some attention). If you're serious about having a username that is connected to the Marvel Universe, try a more personalized name, such as "MarvelFan101" or "JusticeLeagueFan67" --I am k6ka ^{Talk to me!} _{See what I have done} 21:36, 9 October 2015 (UTC)

@Nixious6: Just a quick clarification: In your original request, you added HTML formatting to your username, hoping to have a colored username. FYI, "colored usernames" are caused by custom signatures and are not hard-coded into the usernames themselves. Thus, you can't be renamed to a "colorful username", but you can apply HTML formatting to your signature to give it its color (like mines). I've since removed the formatting from this request (since it causes the template to fail), but my question is, is your new username Euripides ɱ̩ (with a space), or Euripidesɱ̩ (without a space)? --I am k6ka ^{Talk to me!} _{See what I have done} 20:56, 17 October 2015 (UTC)
