Furthermore, the Grammy-reference concerning the individuals brother [is fact].
Enlighten me as to how these facts are "fluff"?
I await your response.
Additional issues (added by other parties)
This is not an issue for mediation, other than further disciplinary action against {{user|Domainvia}}, a COI account who was already blocked for several days for a history of promotional edits: [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Michael_Sembello&diff=prev&oldid=827074744]; [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Michael_Sembello&diff=prev&oldid=827191088]; [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Michael_Sembello&diff=prev&oldid=827391336]; [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Danny_Sembello&diff=prev&oldid=861462316]; [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Michael_Sembello&diff=prev&oldid=861462481]; [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Michael_Sembello&diff=prev&oldid=861471466]; [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Michael_Sembello&diff=prev&oldid=861475085]; [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Michael_Sembello&diff=prev&oldid=861757846]; [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Michael_Sembello&diff=prev&oldid=861762779]; [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Michael_Sembello&diff=prev&oldid=861791138]; [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Michael_Sembello&diff=prev&oldid=861792272]; [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Michael_Sembello&diff=prev&oldid=861800661]; [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Michael_Sembello&diff=prev&oldid=861802570]; [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Danny_Sembello&diff=861462316&oldid=798680766]. Good example of willful ignorance of NPOV policies by a conflicted account, and no indication that they're here for any purpose other than what we've seen already. I recommend that this be closed as frivolous. The OP has a track record of promotional editing on the article in question for which I have previously found it necessary to block them. I have placed the editor on notice that further disruptive editing is likely to result in unpleasantness. -Ad Orientem (talk) 03:24, 12 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Reject. Fails to satisfy prerequisite for mediation #5, "A majority of the parties to the dispute consent to mediation". For the Mediation Committee, TransporterMan (TALK) 18:44, 21 October 2018 (UTC) (Chairperson)[reply]

The article fails to mention that Milstein is a convicted felon who was sentenced to three months imprisonment, 600 hours of community service, three years of supervised release, a $30,000 fine and repayment of taxes owed after being found guilty of tax evasion. Milstein was but one of many individuals prosecuted in connection with the Spinka affair, in which numerous individuals, mainly affiliated with the Spinka sect of Hasidic Judaism, were charged with various counts of conspiracy, tax fraud and money laundering.
