Wren is an unincorporated community in Monroe County, Mississippi.

Wren is sited at 33°58′18″N 88°35′59″W / 33.97167°N 88.59972°W / 33.97167; -88.59972 between Amory and Okolona. According to the United States Geological Survey, a variant name is Wrens.

New Wren is located at 33°58′18″N 88°36′48″W / 33.97167°N 88.61333°W / 33.97167; -88.61333 on U.S. Route 45 (US 45), near its intersection with US 278.

Wren was hit by a tornado on March 24. the tornado that struck Wren also hit Egypt and Amory before that and has been given a preliminary rating of EF3. An A 172-year-old church was demolished during the storms.[1] There were two fatalities, along with a serious injury that occured during the tornadic event.[2]
