  • curprev 22:0122:01, 30 August 2022Smilus32 talk contribsm 43,789 bytes −290 Some of the claims are not supported by evidence, since the claim of saint andrews being established by him is mostly myth, since it was from a legend, and no evidence of st andrews being the saint from that time. Also, him having power over dal riata and expanding into ireland isn’t supported since no cultural influence on ireland isn’t found anywhere the same can be said about northern england. I added that kenneth was gaelic since he was in a gaelic kingdom and likely that gaels came to it. undo Tags: Visual edit Mobile edit Mobile web edit

  • curprev 21:3621:36, 8 June 2022Laird of abbeyhill talk contribs 44,594 bytes −7 Two changes in the opening paragraphs: Angus can be considered the first king of what would become Scotland, the first to extend Pictish territory beyond what it is generally considered to be, i.e. conquering Gaelic Argyll. Also there's no evidence of MacAlpin's lineage having "a confluence with a Gaelic line" as suggested in the 3rd intro paragraph. It's a discussion point for further down the page if it's to be suggested. undo

However, that time has long since passed, and blocking bots now serves no purpose, especially on a mainspace page. Correct me if I am wrong, but I believe this can go. If specific citations are the issue, look at {{cbignore}} undo
