Černá is a village and municipality (obec) in Žďár nad Sázavou District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 10.44 square kilometres (4.03 sq mi), and has a population of 326 (as at 28 August 2006).

Černá lies approximately 16 kilometres (10 mi) south of Žďár nad Sázavou, 21 km (13 mi) east of Jihlava, and 128 km (80 mi) south-east of Prague.
