Promotion and relegation
Because of promotion of Template:Fb team Otsuka and Template:Fb team Thespa and expulsion of Template:Fb team Kokushikan, no relegation has occurred. After the season, Template:Fb team Lock, Template:Fb team Mizushima and Template:Fb team Keizai were promoted from Regional Leagues by the virtue of their placing in the Regional League promotion series.
