The 2018–19 Liga I season is Romania's 29th top level women's football league season. It will decide the Romanian champions and UEFA Women's Champions League participant.
Olimpia Cluj were the defending champions.
Changes from 2017–18
- ASA Târgu Mureș and Real Craiova were relegated to Liga II.
- Universitatea Galați and Independența Baia Mare were promoted to Liga I.
