Wesley Koolhof and Nikola Mektić are the defending champions, but only Mektić qualified this season after playing with new partner Mate Pavić.[1]

Pavić and Joe Salisbury are in contention for the Individual Year-end No. 1 ranking at the start of the tournament. Pavić will clinch the top spot by winning two round robin matches, or by winning one round robin match and Salisbury does not win the title as undefeated champion.
