Katie Boulter defeated Marta Kostyuk in the final, 5–7, 6–2, 6–2 to win the singles tennis title at the 2024 San Diego Open.[1] It was her second WTA Tour title.

Barbora Krejčíková was the reigning champion,[2] but chose not to compete this year.
