AudioCodes Ltd. is a provider of advanced communications software, products and productivity solutions. Its services enable enterprises and service providers to build and operate all-IP voice networks for unified communications (UC), contact centers and hosted business services. Founded in 1993 by Shabtai Adlersberg and Leon Bialik,[2] AudioCodes is listed on the NASDAQ stock exchange (NASDAQ: AUDC) and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.[3]

AudioCodes' international headquarters and R&D facilities are located in Israel, with international branch offices.[4]

More than 60 of the world's top 100 service providers use AudioCodes technology, including AT&T, Verizon, BT, DT and Telefónica.[5]

Solutions

AudioCodes supplies suites of solutions for the enterprise and service provider markets. These include One Voice for Microsoft 365 to accelerate the voice-enablement of Microsoft Teams,[6] One Voice for Zoom[7] and One Voice for BroadSoft.[8] The company also has a Voice.AI portfolio[9] for enhancing customer interactions through voice recognition, AI and machine learning technologies. In addition, AudioCodes offers solutions to help contact centers transition towards an all-IP voice infrastructure.[10]

AudioCodes' products are available on the Azure Marketplace[11] and Amazon Web Services.[12]

In March 2020, AudioCodes Live for Microsoft Teams was launched, a complementary managed service delivered via the company's partners.[13]

Most of AudioCodes’ sales are carried out through a global network of channel partners, resellers and system integrators. Today, AudioCodes' partner network consists of over 1000 resellers in more than 100 countries.[25]

Additionally, AudioCodes has partnered with a variety of companies to expand its technology reach, including Microsoft,[26] Genesys[27] and Cisco (BroadSoft).[28]
