Poyans is a commune in the Haute-Saône department in the region of Bourgogne-Franche-Comté in eastern France.
The people are called Poyans and Poyannes, and numbered 138 in 1999 census. The area is 12.1 km2.
It is geographically located at an altitude of 210 meters approximately.[2]
