Radomyšl is a market town in Strakonice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 1,300 inhabitants.

Radomyšl lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) north of Strakonice, 55 km (34 mi) north-west of České Budějovice, and 93 km (58 mi) south-west of Prague.
