The Taurus T4 is a rifle manufactured by Taurus Firearms. It was presented at the 2017 SHOT Show.[1] The Taurus T4 is basically an M4 clone fully manufactured in the company's facilities now concentrated in the city of São Leopoldo, Brazil. The Taurus T4 is based on the US M4 5.56×45 mm carbine and is available in three versions with two different barrel lengths. All come with six-position telescopic stocks and Picatinny accessory rails. Taurus T4 rifle was idealized for military and police use.[2]
