Alfred Fairfax

Alfred B. Fairfax (1843 - March 1, 1916) was a member of the Kansas House of Representatives. He was born in Virginia.[1] He served in the Union Army during the American Civil War. He became active in the Republican Party.[1] He served in the Arkansas House during the 1888 - 1889 term.[2]
He owned a cotton farm and was a pastor at the New Hope Baptist Church in Parsons, Kansas.[3] A photograph of Fairfax survives.[4] He represented Chautauqua County.[5]
