The 2020-21 Rugby Europe Trophy is the fifth season of the second premier rugby union competition for European national teams outside the Six Nations Championship which itself is a part of the Rugby Europe International Championships. The confirmed teams that are competing include Germany, Lithuania, Poland, Switzerland and Ukraine while the last team in the Rugby Europe Trophy will be determined by the promotion/relegation play-off in February between the Netherlands the 6th placed team in the Rugby Europe Championship.
