2015 XJ351 is a Near-Earth asteroid with an estimated diameter of around 140 meters. It was discovered in 2015 when it passed 0.144 AU (21.5 million km; 56 LD) from Earth. The object is not risk-listed.

With a short observation arc of 24 days, the Earth approach of June 2047 is poorly constrained and could be anywhere from 0.00056 AU (84 thousand km; 0.22 LD) to 0.097 AU (14.5 million km; 38 LD).[1] The nominal 2047 Earth approach is 0.01 AU (1.5 million km; 3.9 LD) ±4 days.
