Staniątki [staˈɲɔntki] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Niepołomice, within Wieliczka County, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, in southern Poland. It lies approximately 3 kilometres (2 mi) south-west of Niepołomice, 11 km (7 mi) east of Wieliczka, and 20 km (12 mi) east of the regional capital Kraków.[1]

The village has an approximate population of 3,000.

The local landmark is the Benedictine monastery, which is listed as a Historic Monument of Poland.[2]

Sports

The local football club is Czarni Staniątki.[3] It competes in the lower leagues.
