Bahu Kalat District (Persian: بخش باهوکلات) is in Dashtiari County, Sistan and Baluchestan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Bahu Kalat.[3]

At the 2006 National Census, the region's population (as Bahu Kalat Rural District of the former Dashtiari District of Chabahar County) was 24,478 in 4,908 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 30,646 people in 6,597 households.[5] At the latest census in 2016, there were 34,748 inhabitants in 8,119 households.[2]

In 2018, Dashtiari District was elevated to the status of a county and divided into the Central and Bahu Kalat Districts, with four rural districts and the city of Negur as its capital.[3]
