The Central District of Sarbaz County (Template:Lang-fa) is in Sistan and Baluchestan province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Sarbaz.[3]

At the National Census in 2006, its population was 40,740 in 7,740 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 26,348 people in 5,830 households.[5] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 29,925 inhabitants in 7,368 households.[2]
