Zaz-e Gharbi Rural District (Template:Lang-fa) is in Zaz va Mahru District of Aligudarz County, Lorestan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Hayyeh.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 2,248 in 392 households.[3] There were 1,944 inhabitants in 367 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 1,335 in 350 households. The largest of its 27 villages was Sartang-e Barzeh, with 224 people.[2]
