Mazu Rural District (Persian: دهستان مازو) is in Alvar-e Garmsiri District of Andimeshk County, Khuzestan province, Iran.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 4,117 in 866 households.[3] There were 3,346 inhabitants in 800 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 3,019 in 807 households. The largest of its 72 villages was Mazu, with 416 people.[2]
